Paul Behrhorst (he/him)
Paul Behrhorst is a proud neurodiverse professional with 18+ years advancing accessibility and inclusion in theatre. Since 2008, he has collaborated with disabled theatre professionals while serving in roles including Stage Manager, Production Manager, and Safety Health and Wellness Manager—experiences that give him a unique perspective on integrating access into every aspect of production.
Paul designs access audits, sensory guides, and inclusive language resources, and has led numerous anti-ableism and inclusivity workshops that equip artists, staff, and organizations to center equity in their work. His approach bridges artistic vision with practical solutions, rooted in creativity, collaboration, and the belief that accessibility is not an add-on, but an art form. He currently serves as Accessibility Manager at the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) in Lower Manhattan.

Jenna Bainbridge (she/her)
Jenna Bainbridge is an actor, singer, and disability rights advocate, currently appearing on Broadway as Nessarose in Wicked.
At 16 months old, Jenna suddenly became partially paralyzed from the waist down, the cause is still unknown. She navigates the world now as an ambulatory wheelchair user.
In 2024 she became the first wheelchair user to perform in a New Musical on Broadway when she made her debut in Suffs which won the 2024 Tony Awards for Best Book and Best Music. She can be seen in NBC’s Found, and you can hear her narrate the audio books for Marieke Nijkamp’s Unbroken and Alice Wong’s Disability Intimacy.

Darion Ramos (she/her)
PROJECT MANAGER
Darion Ramos is a theatre professional who specializes in working with artists with disabilities. She worked at Phamaly Theatre Company for six and a half years as their stage manager as well as managing accommodations for the artists.
She has borderline personality disorder, major depression, and anxiety and as such speaks passionately about accessibility from a place of lived experience.

Victoria Keesee (she/her)
TREASURER
Victoria is a disabled, fat, and queer Art Administrator bringing southern charm to Brooklyn, NY. She currently holds the position of Associate General Manager at an Off-Broadway non-profit organization, The New Group. Additionally, Victoria is acting Treasurer for the Museum, Arts, and Culture Access Consortium (better known as “MAC”). While working with ConsultAbility as a Producer originally sparked her interest in access work, Victoria is excited to join them in a more involved capacity. In her free time, she loves reading and finding time to watch the sunset over NYC.

Sarah Hom (she/her) – Secretary
SECRETARY
Sarah is passionate about and dedicated to increasing accessibility and meaningful inclusion in the arts from backstage to the front of house and everything in between. She serves as Roundabout Theatre Company’s Director of Culture and Engagement, Audience Strategies. She is also a frequent guest speaker and independent consultant on disability inclusion and fostering belonging and engagement in cultural organizations. Notable accomplishments and awards include “Theatre Workers to Know” in American Theatre Magazine (March 2021), co-founder and co-producer for Reverb (2021) an online festival of works created by disabled artists, and recipient of The Access/VSA International Network and Kennedy Center Leadership Exchange in Arts and Disability (LEAD) Award for Excellence in Accessibility Leadership (2025).

Regan Linton (she/her)
VICE CHAIR
Regan Linton, MSW, MFA, is a multi-genre creator, actor, director, writer, and internationally-recognized leader in the arts, specializing in disability aesthetics and accessible design. Acting: Arena Stage, The Kennedy Center, Manhattan Theatre Club, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, DCPA Off-Center, Phamaly. Directing: imperfect (documentary, 30+ film festivals); Jack and the Beanstalk for Warner Bros/Discovery (short); Artistic Director of the preeminent disability theatre Phamaly (5 years). Playwriting: FDR’s Very Happy Hour; Squishy But Firm: Sexcapades of a Crip Girl, The Menagerist. Other exciting things: accessibility curation for national immersive projects; lecturing at top institutions from Juilliard to UC San Diego; TYA shows (National Theatre DC), Voiceover (Audible, gaming), and featured columnist for New Mobility Magazine. www.reganlinton.com
