Co-Founder

Paul has been working with disabled theatre professionals since 2008. He has worked in theatre in many capacities, including as a Stage Manager, Production Manager, and Safety Health and Wellness Manager for theatre companies such as The Denver Center for the Performing Arts and The Oregon Shakespeare Festival. He uses his many professional hats to analyze accessibility.

Jenna is a professional disabled actor that has worked at theatre companies across the country including The Public, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and Phamaly Theatre Company. She is a passionate disability rights advocate and has gone into every theatre she’s ever worked at with the intention of making it a more accessible and inclusive space for the next person who works there.

Co-Founder

Darion is a theatre professional who specializes in working with artists with disabilities. She worked at Phamaly Theatre Company for six and a half years as their stage manager as well as managing accommodations for the artists. She has borderline personality disorder, major depression, and anxiety and as such speaks passionately about accessibility from a place of lived experience.

Martha is an MFA graduate from the University of San Diego and has performed professionally across the country. As a stroke survivor she is an active disability rights advocate, working with Phamaly Theatre Company, Oregon State Parks, and others to improve accessibility.
